Ordering and delivery of products


Each order will be delivered within the limit of available stock, provided that it has been

confirmed by the seller by written notification (email). The order processing time

is 1-5 working days. The delivery time of the products is between 1 and 3 working days from

the moment the order processing is completed (delivery to the courier). On non-working days and

public holidays no orders are processed or delivered.

As a rule, orders placed on working days before 14:00 will be processed the same

day, and those placed after this time will be processed on the next working day and delivered

according to the specified delivery time.

During busy promotional periods, orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

According to applicable laws, orders placed on this site are considered a distance contract,

between buyer and seller, with each party to perform its duties. This

means that the seller is obliged to deliver the products and services ordered, and the buyer

is obliged to pay the countervalue of the order.

The delivery of www.camomillablue.ro products is provided by the courier company with which a

contract of collaboration has been concluded in advance - the company Cargus

The buyer is not allowed to open the parcel until the documents of

receipt and payment of the countervalue have been signed.


Transport and handling fee:


● Delivery is only on the Romanian territory

● Delivery is free for orders over 150 RON


If the parcel is heavily damaged upon receipt, we recommend the buyer to refuse the parcel and

contact the seller. Subsequent complaints regarding this will be void.


For shipping or delivery deadlines that cannot be met, the seller will notify

the buyer to inform him/her of the estimated time for completion of delivery. If

the new delivery date is not accepted by the buyer, the order will be cancelled.

If information is provided incorrectly or incompletely by the buyer, the seller does

not guarantee that delivery dates will be met. In certain cases the order may be cancelled by

the seller.

The seller has the right to refuse suspicious orders (very large number of products ordered

or repeat orders returned).

If the delivery deadline cannot be met, a new estimated time for

delivery will be communicated. If the new deadline is not accepted, the order may be cancelled.

If the delivery information is incorrect or incomplete, we do not guarantee that the

delivery deadline will be met. If the information is not corrected within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
